By downloading and using the Software, you acknowledge that:
- The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- You are solely responsible for maintaining air-gap integrity, seed phrase security, and backup procedures
- XDRIP Digital Management LLC is not a custodial service and cannot recover lost digital assets
- Total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of 12-month fees paid or USD $100
- Dispute resolution is conducted via binding arbitration in El Paso County, Colorado
- You waive your right to participate in class action proceedings
- The Software may contain encryption subject to U.S. export control laws
