1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the XColdPro website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"),
you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms,
do not use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after
changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Purchase Terms
2.1 Software Licenses
All software license purchases (BootVault editions: Frost, HellBound, Nyxor) require full payment
at the time of order. Upon order confirmation, you will receive your license key and a secure
download link via email. All software license sales are final and non-refundable once
the activation code has been generated and delivered.
2.2 Hardware Products
ColdGuardian hardware purchases require full payment at the time of order. Hardware may be
returned within 30 days of delivery provided the unit is unused and all tamper-evident seals
remain intact. ColdGuardian devices with broken or missing tamper-evident seals cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business
days after inspection.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Activated BootVault software licenses (Frost, HellBound, Nyxor)
- ColdGuardian devices with broken or missing tamper-evident seals
- Legendary Collectibles — limited edition, all sales final
- SHIELD Protocol subscriptions — cancel anytime, no refunds for periods already consumed
3. Products and Services
3.1 Software Licenses
BootVault software licenses are non-transferable, limited licenses granted to you for personal or
business use. Each license permits activation on up to 3 devices. License activation and management
are handled through portal.xcoldpro.com. License terms and device limits are specified at the time
of purchase.
3.2 Hardware Products
ColdGuardian hardware devices are physical security platforms designed for cryptocurrency and
digital asset protection. All hardware products are subject to availability and may be modified
or discontinued at our discretion.
4. Warranty
4.1 Software Warranty
BootVault software editions (Frost, HellBound, Nyxor) include a lifetime license with perpetual
software updates.
4.2 Hardware Warranty
ColdGuardian Standard Series devices carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing
defects under normal use. ColdGuardian Legendary Collectibles carry a 3-year extended warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Unauthorized hardware modifications or software tampering
- Damage from exposure to liquids or extreme environmental conditions
- Normal wear and tear on physical components
- Loss or theft of the device
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We are not liable for any loss of cryptocurrency, digital assets, or data resulting from user error, improper configuration, or failure to maintain adequate backups.
- We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party blockchain networks, services, or protocols.
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency and digital assets carry inherent risks, including but not
limited to market volatility, regulatory changes, and irreversible transaction finality. You use
our products at your own risk and accept full responsibility for safeguarding your credentials,
seed phrases, and recovery keys.
6. Intellectual Property
XColdPro, BootVault, ColdGuardian, VLS Engine, Blackhole Protocol, Sentinel Guard, EMBO Protocol,
Omega Protocol, Lazarus Protocol, SeedVault, Citadel Protocol, SHIELD Protocol, and all associated
names, logos, designs, and proprietary technologies are the intellectual property of XDRIP Digital
Management LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, distribution, or commercial use of
any component is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado,
United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms
shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
